Cecilia Philippone

Cecilia Philippone is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida and New York. She received the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation thru the Institute of Real Estate Management and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation thru National Association of Realtors early in her real estate career.

Federal and State Assisted Housing management were her primary focus until she became a broker in Florida in 1997. At that time she opened her own real estate office specializing in SE Orlando and specifically in the Ventura Country Club Community before she joined Independence Realty Group LLC.

Cecilia has been a resident of Ventura Country Community since 1982 and has seen its growth over the years. She enjoys working and being involved in the Community.
